Open Data, Transparency and Reform
Charlotte Alldritt is Open Data and Transparency Adviser to the Cabinet Office – and will be giving a keynote address at CITIZEN 2012.
A specialist in public service reform policy, Charlotte focuses on the role of data and digital technologies in enabling accountability and driving up quality. She is responsible for ensuring government departments and their delivery agencies embed transparency at the heart of their current and future activity.
Previously, Charlotte worked in consultancy and think tanks, including the 2020 Public Services Trust at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) where she published policy papers, including ‘Online or In-line: The future of Information and Communication Technologies in Public Services’.

Technology and The Big Society
We are delighted to announce that Steve Moore, Chief Executive of the Big Society Network, will be a keynote speaker at CITIZEN 2012.
The Big Society Network exists to generate, develop and showcase new ideas to help people come together to do good.
Steve was born and raised in Belfast where he co-wrote an acclaimed satirical review Now Before The Weather The War which toured the country to a mixture of rave reviews and mild bemusement. He joined the Government in 1987 and led a range of high profile employment and welfare initiatives under the pioneering Lord Young. Read more 
Citizens & Government: Forbes Insights
We are delighted to confirm that Bruce Rogers, Chief Insights Officer of Forbes Media, will be a keynote speaker at CITIZEN 2012.
Forbes Insights conducts primary research designed to support both strategic and tactical decisions for business executives. Bruce is Chief Insights Officer, responsible for running the Forbes Insights business.
Bruce will be giving a keynote address on the afternoon of CITIZEN 2012 – focusing on how the relationship between citizen and government is changing. He’ll refer to how citizen connectedness, mobility, and the cloud are affecting citizen to government relationships – and how government needs to adapt.

Ben Page is Chief Executive of Ipsos MORI and will be a keynote speaker at CITIZEN 2012.
Ben joined MORI in 1987 after graduating from Oxford University in 1986, and was one of the leaders of its first management buyout in 2000. A frequent writer and speaker on leadership and performance management, he has directed hundreds of surveys examining service delivery, customer care and communications. Read more
